- Fixed bug where Fort Dwarrslav did not have a settlement lore icon
- Polished up a bunch of the settlement lore text

- Instead of 12 skins changing per turn, now 20 will change turn one and then 5 thereafter. Which should decrease the start turn lag for users.
- These values can also be changed using the Mod Configuration Tool. So you can tweak it to whatever you desire. For instance if you did want to load all the settlement skins on turn one you can do that.

- Fixed bug where Castle Drakenhof would go back to the vanilla skin at T5
- Fixed bug where Castle Reikguard, Sentinels & Valley of the Kings did not have a ruin tier
- Set a handful of custom skins to use vanilla ruins rather than their own skin when ruined
- Added more settlement lore, now over 95% of settlements have lore descriptions
- Gave a few settlements skins more fitting audio
- Fixed bug where Castle Reikguard landmark didn't have its first tier
