Added animations to M14 Skoda but ......

- Move anims for artillereists are mising.
- animations involving other tractors (Hornsby, Schneider, Kegresse) not checked, effect unknown.
- pack/unpack animations for infantry is unknown.

When we wake up we wil have to audit and review these animations and decide if we want to continue, or break off and switch back to GODOT.

Artillery animations finalised ....... for now.

Only unpacking anims seem to require some changes, especailly for other tractors. We shall see.

Anaimations for heavy artillery are under way:
- attack anims rerigged to 60 ticks rather than 50.
- Repack/idle anims for artillery guys done.
- BH3s for BL8, Schneider 1917 and M Skoda 14 rerigged to accommodate these new files.

BUT?

- Artillerists don't have alternate attack animations.
- How these new anims interact with other tractors other than P1 PAvesi is unknown.
- Bhanar in Project Dever uses a 2 oxen for steam gun version.
- British in Project Stirling require an elephant with mahout.

Current objectives:
- Compile and finish animating any and all heavy artillery, to get this mod running again.


REMAINING TO DO?

- Wonders not properly coded in, stats not finalised.
- Appearance of civvy units - peasants, traders, patriots - still pending stuff to be transferred over from AXP (maybe).
- Riflemen skins still untested, no assault infantry, or MG models done.
- Naval units also still undone - but these just use the same units as vanilla, except the British have a more powerful navy. And France, Japan and Britain get aircraft carriers.

- Unpacking animation for heavy artillerists done (for now)
- Renamed any and all filese made these past 24 hours, to distinguish them from other files we previously created for Age of Darkness.
- Unforunately, no idle or default or pack anims for this unit. I want to re-examine BHG Files.... before I can make a decision.

ALSO:

Some tractors - Hornsby, Kegresse - require new animations.
Because The Raj of Steam and Steel uses elephants instead diffferent anims will have to be made. Not to mention that we may need a new limber.

Added new animations for artillerists for our new heavy howitzer rig. Still feeling apprehensive - this new rig has not been able to have any unpack/repack anims for humanoids yet.

Re-rigged items for Project Stirling with addition control bones. RoN is very HOSTILE to any notion of rotating ammo node, smoke node or even pivot node bones. Suspect it's oversight by Skybox but I cannot be sure.
