Missing audio and badly coded sound.xml was causing this mod to crash (Obirgado, triarius!)

Started rteworking this mod - effects_Graphics.x

- BuildingArrow entry replaced with tracer, no longer invisibles out particles using our files.
- Excess entries for entrenchment removed, but we still kiept the original entrenchment particles.

So far no other ideas as to what to do. But Triarius mentioned games with Russia and USSR usually crash out. So we should look into those ASAP. Anything that sits on a horse might be the cause of our crash troubles.

Crash report received from Triarius.

Was using PC, was a mid-game crash. Reason unknown. No printout.

Factions used:

France, Britain, Ukraine, Fengtian China, Greece, Poland, USSR, Russia

Triarius mentions: AI was having a war. So it behooves us to check to see what units are causing trouble, may be bad animation.

PIOSSIBLE COURSE OF ACTION:

- Check the music (Triarius figured out all the factions, should be easy)
- Check Wonders? *
- Check unit hierarchy (IMPORTANT)
- Check unit ammo count to see that both unitrules and unit.graphics are in agreement.
- Check animations (v v important, can cause a crash) *
o Start off with Patriots. Patriot anims might be bad.
o Patriot anims for some versions need fixing.

Triarius report: Crash caused by reds and whites, even before the critical part of the game was joined.

- Check all music to see that it is intact.
- Check cavalry. Cavalry might be the source of our problems.
- Check Krepost. There must be an error somewhere.

TEST:
o Can confirm it is not buildings. Certainly not after we replaced building salvos with tracers.

iFace cleanup. REplaced some files for Russia-linked factions.

MErchants, supply wagons, traders........
- Armed caravans hit harder, move faster and and have some armour. Available if you rsearch Corporatism.
- Armed merchants: a bonus for researching Corporatism as Mongolia, AFghanistan, Russia, Tibett or Japan. Problematic for Mongolia since it may be preferable to go down the Socialist path to get Foreign Volunteers instead.
- Armed supply: available to a handful of nations present in the Middle East - including Britain, Poland, Ukraine and France and Russia. Available only if you rsearch Organized Labour, very useful for keeping large armies of infantry on the go.

More changes:

A new archer-based skin given to Armed Merchants trained by Russified nations. Reason: ANEw changes to how Armed Merchants are obtained and trained.

- Fixed an issue with Armed Caravans that caused the game to crash (grazie, Reika Ekure!)
- Audio for truck version of Caravan also fixed.
- Unfortunately, no decision yet how Armed support units should be dealt with in this mod,
