Fixed bug where the gun would not appear
Fixed a bug where the gun could be sold for 30 supplies, creating an infinite money glitch

Fixed oversight that made the Conventional armor single build if using Prototype Armory

Fixed the Spectre not being able to hunker down
Fixed the Spectre not being able to take objectives (Corpse, loot, vial)
Fixed the Spectre not be able to take the elevator (Shen Last Gift and Chosen Stronghold)
Fixed the Spectre having no immunity to poison / fire / other effect
Fixed the Banish being too broken. Replaced with Rapid Fire

Fixed the Spectre being able to wear all Armors. This can be reverted in the config files
- The Armor is single build with Prototype Armory.
- The armor is obtained with the standard Research (Plated and Powered Armor)

This update will require a rebuild of the class.

Support CI changed. Spectre now remove 20h. Making it very powerful as a CA unit

Added support for Covert Infiltration and fixed the cost / time to create a Spectre
