1) Refactored all functions using the CFGfunctions library. (there is still a lot of cleanup needed, but this is a start on moving away from the spaghetti version earlier presented)

2) Renamed the CBA_Settings preInit EH name to avoid compatibility problems.

Reverted to march 8th version in order to aviod conflict with zeus-mods. Hoping to have a fixed version of the latest iteration public by the 17th of april.

Another zero-divisor error fixed, this time in relation to assessing push positions and cluster-positions (0 values being passed to the AVG function).
Added:
When excluding player-groups these groups will not change locality to server. (might help client zeuses)
