* I added grain silo, refinery, and alcohol distillery explosions. The settings and mechanics are similar to the fuel tank explosions, just the explosion sizes are different.

* We use gamified yield equation to compute size of the explosion, which takes into account the substance in the tank and its utilization. If the tank is less than 10% or more than 20% full, it will not explode.

Fixed
* Script used Y coordinate when looking for the buildings in the close vicinity. The issue is that Y coordinate stored height of the building not position on 2D map. Script now uses correct, Z coordinate.
* Previously, the explosion set on fire planned buildings, which does not make sense. Now the explosion will only set on fire buildings that are at least 80% finished.
