- added type safety to canAccess functions to prevent infinite loading screen when opening garage
- added fallback loading screen abort to prevent future infinite loading screens

- State preservation and refueling in garage
- Added vehicle type access toggles for the addGarage module
- fixed bug where player could be stuck in placement mode
- fixed bug where player could be stuck in infinite loading screen
- added more information to the garage GUI; capacity, locked information, more vehicle details
- upped the garage capacity range from 0-50 to 0-150
- soft removed garage scaling from settings (still able to be set with code)
- improved reliability of ammo state preservation
- general restructuring for consistency (this causes the unfortunate effect of doubling Garage in some variable names)

[Hotfix] fixed a bug causing infinite loading screen on garage load

Moved logistics nodes over to class system to allow for easy native support and 3rd party expansion/alteration of nodes and cargo data
added support for mod makkes/mission makers to blacklist cargo loading based on class or model
added missing vn nodes
updated nodes to be more accurate
