Added additional artdef/dep files to fix buildings that were set to be civilization specific - which resulted in red exclamation marks in the game instead of proper artwork.
Updated random function to Game.GetRandNum instead of TerrainBuilder.GetRandomNumber to hopefully avoid MP desyncs.
