Rifle anims for the new Blender-based models are glitching out the game. Why? Badly done? We found frames which were badly positioned in the Dope Sheet.

Cleanup of files.

Backup files for other mods moved away (they now have a new home elsewhere on Steam Workshop). The main focus now is on bringing [4] units to the fore in this mod.

So far we now have a new unit system:

= Anglo-German - consisting mostly of units with Service Caps, coloured tunics, and grey pants. Very commonly used across the board.
= French - common denominator.
= Turkish.

This means that three copies of Rifle Infantry and Rifled Guns are on the cards!

This mod is in the process of being tested, while new content is being added to it. We don't know when it will be complete, only that we hope to wrap up modding on RoN for this year by the middle of this month.

For now, it is in effect a playable fork of Rise of the Moderns: Ultima Ratio, which can be accessed at https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1437322150

No major changes, ie no new units or structures have been added beyond what is currently available with Ultima Ratio. But that may change between Chinese New Year and Easter 2022.....
