- Changed icon of breed facility. Now it is pink.
- On thrall planets, only slave (or enslavable) species can be assenble, like natural procreate.
- Resort visitors have growth bonus, if they have Decadent Lifestyle
- Breed slaves have assenble bonus and increased upkeep.
- Fixed about Breed slaves effect_desc.
- Fixed some events on thrall or penal planet check on resort colony technology or capital building.

- Added "Breed Facility" building. It requires thrall world, Subdermal Stimulation tech and Cyto-Revitalization tech and add 3 "Breed Slave" jobs.
- Added "Breed Slave" job. It increase growth modifier +10 %.
- At the second or later slave-shipping, message will pop.
- At the second or later crimal-imprisonment, message will pop.
- Planet modifier icons about ethic are changed.
- Fixed an issue habitats are considered as "has_major_upgraded_capital" always.

- New special colonies's designation will be changed automatically.
- Convict job has more weight, if some ethic is criminalized and the pop has targeted ethic.
- In case you have the technology but other empires built the colony earlier, "not jealous" option won't be shown.
- Better compatibility with faction-adder mods. Faction modifier for ethic criminalization will be based on 'Does a faction member has ethic XXX?', not "Is a faction XXX?". Compatibility with "Citizen Faction" doesn't lost.

Fixed "DistrictOverhaulTestBranche" habitat districts are enabled even when the mod isn't enabled.

For Stellaris 3.0.3.
- The second-tier resort or thrall capital buildings now require 20 pop (same as vanilla). And the third-tier capital buildings now require 50 pop.
- Updated for PD v3.0.3 update.
- Resort Visitors now require full citizenship (in Stellaris 3.0, resident pop can' enjoy amenities).
- Resort colony now has clerk jobs per 10 pop.
