- Updated to Stellaris 4.1.6.
- Buildings white-list on special colonies are updated, maybe. Now some buildings (can be built on special colony of that type) are allowed at special colony designation decision. But there are too many buildings, so I am starting to feel I should remove this feature...

- Update to Stellaris 4.1.5.
- Removed can_species_procreate and species_uses_bonus_growth game rules overwriting. I found slaver civics in Stellaris 4.1 don't put some pops to slaves.

- Undates on breed facility building.
-- Reduced planet cap, from 5 to 1.
-- Now it have breed slave job slot, 1 per 5 pops.
- Now 2+ City Districts won't block thrall colony.
- Now Slave resettlement event won't be triggered, if there are any free job slots.
