Updated for Stellaris Ver 3.4.
- Add Japanese localization and fallback text (written in English) for Korean setting.
- While I resolved error, I think codes can be optimized more.
- I am considering to separate habitat special colonies capital buildings.

- Non-standard (not using standard district set) can become resort or thrall world. These world won't have district type limitation, but have -3 district slots modifier.
- Deny-lists about districts on resort or thrall world are moved to separate file. If you use other mod about districts, overwrite scripted triggers in "00_SCO_scripted_triggers_overwritten.txt" with your ones.
