-Erchius mining facility's laser should now deal about a 5th of the boss's health.

-If using RPGGrowth, NPC armor is reduced to 95 for tier 10. (from 99.9, because it made NPCs almost immune)
(Vanilla is about 86)
-If using a mod that grants 100 armor with tier 10 then it's been reduced to account for peacekeeper augment 3.
-Tier 9 now grants 85 armor max and tier 10 grants 90, with peacekeeper augment you can reach 96.
-Adds higher difficulty for space monsters. (Health and Damage now scales to tier 10, vanilla was up to 7)
