Mod now overrides per-sector values in a more correct way, and also caps existing hazard zone timers to the overridden max value (so sectors that were already hazard zones before installing this mod will now get the shorter hazard zone cooldown times).

Fixed the "is there even a station here" check to actually return true instead of nil.

If a destroyed entity has a mothership, the war zone calculation now checks the mothership in addition to the victim itself. Should hopefully catch fighters from Xsotan carriers; while the carriers have the is_xsotan value properly set, it's unclear if the carriers' fighters inherit that flag.

EXPERIMENTAL! Added a bunch more filters on entities and sectors to prevent sectors that shouldn't be hazard zones from becoming hazard zones.

Now explicitly marked as compatible with Avorion 1.3.x. Hasn't been tested much beyond it loading and not crashing spectacularly, so caveat emptor.
