With some help from MrNice, added a better algorythm for zeroing out Shred. For any weapons included in this mod that have Shred set to a negative value, Shred will be automatically set to 0 if at least one class that can use Spark Rifles doesn't have Shredder as a squaddie ability.

Weapons added by this mod will zero out their Shred value if it's configured to be below zero and Mechatronic Warfare mod is detected. This is necessary because Mechatronic Warfare removes Shredder from SPARKs, in which case having a negative Shred value for weapons leads to them ADDING armor to enemies.
