Added Biotic Mobility effect to Biotic Strength:

Get +3 mobility when using a lighter weapon (Bullpup or Pistols, if Primary Secondaries is installed)

Get +10 aim for using one of the above weapon categories instad of a shotgun.

Basic thinking is to have some actual benefit for lowering the normal damage output of your biotic when they don't have access to their powers for a turn (or for not going with the shotgun to maximize the damage output of Warp Shot)

Biotics should now let their left hand hang freely instead of trying to hold onto their primary firearm when using their powers.

Barrier Rebuild should now fully work as intended, without increasing the perceived cap of a Biotic's shields beyond what they actually have.

Replaced weapon archetypes of the Biotic Amps so biotic abilities finally properly visualize.

Due to how XCOM 2 works, already built biotic amps may not change to the new archetype.
