Slavery is an attribute of Elitist ethos now, not Authoritarian. Please, note that "Slavery" policy is available for Libertarians, but NOT Caste system, which is availabel only for Elitist AND non-Libetarians. At the same time Citizenship "Slavery" is allowed for Libertarians. This means that being an Elitist allows you to enslave Xenos, even with Libertarian and without Xenophobe ethos.

Allowed Slavery will displeas Egalitarians, but not Libertarians. Caste System will displeas both of their factions.

Collectivist and Individualist ethos no longer attached to specific policy, they provide regular buffs, just like any other ethos. Civic "Socialists Ideals" was changed for "Planned Economy".

Some other minor chages for Civics were made, and a couple of them have been disabled.
