Fixed some minor bugs.

Civic "Aristocratic Elite" is not Libertarian now, "Political Pluralism" - not authoritarian, "Slaver Guilds" can be Fanatic Libertarian now.

New government type: "National Soclialism" (xenophobe/collectivist/militarist, dictatorial/imperial)

I also noticed that practically all the Ethical scales have some related Policy branch, except Ecologist - Industrialist. So I created a new policy: Manufacturing, with 2 active states:

Efficiency - pro-ecologist, Manufacturers faction unhappy
Productivism - pro-industrialist, Environmentalist faction unhappy

These policies will become available through some tech advancement.

A small update.

Civic "Land of Plenty" has been disabled, it's attributes were transferred to "Free Market". Now, basic Pacifist civic is "Adventurous Pligrims", which existed in some previous versions of the mod.

Also, a couple of another old-new civics were added: Ethical imperatives (pacifist/egalitarian) and Honorouble Militaries (militarist/elitist).
