Broken Shackle now spawns a nearby system that contains a very special (gaia+Bloom species) Pre-FTL empire.

This is meant to help jump-start your federation against the Minimar Specialized Industries (MSI) advanced empire.


Added new Primitive Civics:
- The Obelisk: A mysterious obelisk that stands silently watching over this civilization... unscathed through time.(Can be used as a 'get out of jail free' card where a Fallen Empire or the Minimar Specialized Industries will come save you)

- Environmental Synergy: A titanic sapling towers over this world, shaped by the inhabitants for millions of years.(Very good building + homeworld is gaia)

Broken Shackle Origin updated with more Primitive Content + Unifying Planet situation

Payback & Broken Shackle now have the capability of obtaining Subspace Drive FTL technology through "The Hyperdrive Project"
