Description
Personal overhaul (mostly) using standard FCS. Expands on the weapons and clothes of a lot of NPCs, adds more dialog and patrols, but keeps the vanilla aesthetic. Uses some modified versions of other mods to apply them/parts of them more lightly/vanillaly to the world.
