Holy Farmer Vassalage

The Flotsam Ninjas, Shek Kingdom and Kral's Chosen will now control Holy Farms and their residents according to certain world states (Esata/Flying Bull are alive, and Seta and Phoenix are dead). Flotsam Ninjas are weaker than Shek and the UC, so those factions need to be eliminated for a takeover to succeed. The Empire will be considered sufficiently weakened if Longen and Tengu are killed.

Shek Kingdom or Kral's Chosen control makes the farmers malnourished, as per the lore of them handing most of their food to the Shek as tribute. If the "prosperous" world state is achieved for Blister Hill, the farmers are not malnourished under Flotsam Ninja rule, and farm leaders get a chance to be women too.

The Holy Farmers are already implied to be under the control of the Shek Kingdom in the base game, but their faction and hunger state does not actually change. Now, Shek Kingdom soldiers won't attack Holy Farmers, but Strayed Paladins will (I'd fix it, but it'd involve adding a whole new faction. You could argue that the Strayed Paladins do it out of strategic necessity since most of the food goes to the Shek Army.)
