This mod is intended to be played with the original stamina potions not the nerfed digital version. Please use any mod that changes stamina potions back to it board game iteration. This was to nerf to the infinite turn strategies that the quartermaster had. Now that he only has one refresh item modifier in his deck it will come up significantly less. I also changed “Refreshment” unable to refresh head items with this card to cause an infinite loop. Head items like #17 Empowering talisman and #45 Pendant of Dark Pacts are broken with this character and that is why you can't refresh consumed head items. Thus with this nerf of power I gave the quartermaster a few buffs and increased his hand size to compensate for the nerfs. The only way you can now get back your small items is at level 9 with "Bag Of Holding", "Oversized pack", "Refreshment", "Scroll of recall" or your one refresh modifier card. So he will be less of an item master when it comes to his own items and more of a well rounded melee or ranged damage tank that also has support options like the tinkerer and brute combined. I could have just nerfed the stamina potions by making them permanently lost cards but that would hurt a lot of characters and possibly kill some of the fun.

Quarter master hand increased to 11 from 9
Artifice perk: you can only get this perk once, was 3 times.(this is the refresh item perk)
Sweep perk: changed to 2 from 1
Bludgeon perk: changed to 2 from 1
Extreme fortitude perk: Changed to rolling plus 1's instead of normal regular plus 1's
Restock: bottom added a move of 1 before attack
Oversized pack: Top move of move of 1 with enhancement after loot.
Sharpening kit: Top now has an enhancement on range.
Cleaving axe: Top now has an enchantment on attack
Scroll of recall: Bot changed to an attack of 1 Remove flying
Crippling Bow: Removes flying on top
Bladed Boomerang: top add an enhancement to the attack of 2
Scroll of Judgment: top Changed to discard card ranged reduced to 3 from 4
Catastrophic Bomb: Bottom Changed to also affect Elite enemies
Refreshment: top can only refresh ONE Handed, two Handed, Body and Small items
Fortified position: Changed to six uses from five
Bag of holding: Top move of 2 after loot.
