Uff kinda hard to review a game that had such bad launch.

To start things off, technical-wise don't expect to run this on high graphics without at least a 30-series card. You need at least 7-8 GB of VRAM, so plan things accordingly. Frame-drops are now better than when the game initially launched, but they are still a frequent occurrence. Alsop, after every update the game has you need to obviously recompile shaders, which on my 3060 takes around an hour and a half. Additionally, graphical fidelity seems to have gotten worse after the latest optimizations, but it could be a "me issue" as well.

Moving on to the actual game, I believe that the story carried my review from a negative to a positive one. Albeit a bit predictable, especially the ending, the writers have managed to make the two basic characters very engaging and alive. They have their own personalities, and in contrary to most other videogame stories, they progress throughout the game, revealing a tragic but at the same time very humane story.

Overall I believe that it's a good game, and if you have a very beefy setup to handle the optimization burden, you'll have some good time.

A very polished game from its graphics and story, to its mechanics and combat fluidity. A true remake if we actually compare how the game played back in the day, to what it looks like today.

This is a barely positive review for me, and strictly if you acquire the game with a 60%+ discount.

The game has two main issues for me. The first thing is AI's behavior, which makes zero sense. The moment they start investigate something and deviate from their strict up-and-down path, they lose it and run around like brainless chickens. Impossible to predict, and it completely breaks the immersion. The AI animations also feel out of sync, and they usually "snap" from one state to the other, instead of transitioning seamlessly.

Secondly are the levels/maps. They feel more like Hitman maps rather than Sniper Elite maps. It feels like the game drags you to go on foot and kill everybody with your little silenced pistol, rather than finding a sniper's nest. Opportunity wise, sniping also gets a smaller piece of the pie as well. It's just weird that the devs went that way, it doesn't fit that much the older style of games (e.g SE3), and it did bother me a little.

On the good side, the graphics are gorgeous. Story is generic nazi vs americans ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, but it's good enough, since nobody plays this for the story anyway. The maps even though they are not as "Sniper Elite like" they are nice and they are structured in such a way as to allow you multiple entries to the map as well as different exfill locations. Finally, you get more of those great killcams that this game is known for, so yeah, I'll add that to the list too.

Overall, if you get it for 15-25 bucks max, I believe it's a buy, especially if you like the style of Sniper Elite games and want some more of it!

The best Harry Potter we have ever gotten, and a solid RPG as well. Good graphics, impeccable attention to detail in the open world and a fairly decent story. It's certainly worth a buy, especially for all the HP fans out there.

P.S Frame drops can sometimes become even worse than inventory management :D

If you are a sucker for Far Cry type of games but with zombies, consider getting this one. It's an open-world game with a post-apocalyptic map that perfectly suits it's theme, gorgeous graphics and very solid gameplay mechanics. Even just the "boring" part of riding your bike from point A to point B feels like a breeze of fresh air.

The only issue with the game that you might want to consider before buying this is how long the story drags. You are going to need around 40-50 hours, just to finish the base game without doing all the different side-quests. As for the story itself it tries to have a very dramatic tone to it, but without making the necessary sacrifices to achieve that, and it ends up being a little bit comical before the end.

TL;DR If you are looking for a very well designed open-world game with good graphics, solid combat and lots of zombies, absolutely buy this gem. If you don't care about all these and you only want a good story, you are not gonna have fun, stay away from this.

The whole vehicle play in this game really hits the spot. Other than that guns, sound, maps are all trash.

Don't download this pile of ♥♥♥♥. Looting is ♥♥♥♥, contracts are broken, gun play feels awful, laggy as ♥♥♥♥, crashes. That's the state of warzone 2.

Why is this Mixed? It should be negative. The battle system is the worst pile of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I have ever seen.

Sure, the guys are missing all their bullets literally when they are NEXT to each other. Even a baby that hasn't been out of the womb can shoot somebody that's standing next to them.

I pity the people who paid more than 2 euros for this pile of crap.
