I play most of the worthwhile fighters on Steam, and would love a good hearty challenge. I'm consistently active, and worth the shot,

Super Jump Blocking comes to mind-- that you can block while super jumping but not while normal jumping representing a pretty nifty option select. Why should such an odd exception to an understandable rule exist? I've played plenty of games where you can't jump during the startup frames of that jump, and at another good deal of games where you can't block while in the air at all. But how do I initiate a newcomer-- hell how do I initiate someone I played arcys games with, for instance, that super jumping inexplicably excuses itself from this norm for the handful of frames that it happens? While issues like this persist a game, I really can't bring myself to recommend that game to my friends.
Sorry if I answered a few more questions than you asked. Surprisingly, I don't mind too much playing games I hate-- in short bursts. I might play a little more before I drop the game for two years again.

It's a fun seeming game that I can't bring myself to even enjoy. The aesthetics definitely and irrevocably are a turn off for me, and the new character only doubles down on what I was most critical of in the character design. The single player is still woefully unequipped to teach you the 'real game' in a way that could have been addressed-- on maximum difficulty the CPU still ever uses homing to close distance, and solemnly uses the game's unique cancels. While at last there is at last *a way* to find out those minute details of fringe mechanics with the new mizuumi, it's definitely still a weakness of the game both that the information is there and not in any even textdump tutorial in game; and that they exist intentionally (I can't understate how grateful I should be that I can finally and simply see the command normals of a character, but...)

Hey, thanks for the question. I actually installed AH3LMSSX and played it for a little while. I am honestly impressed with the widescreen implementation, no caveats or anything. I'm also pretty pleased to see-- or NOT see-- those garish sidebars anymore. The new Mizumi wiki is also actually furbished, to all my surprise. Not complete, but it shows promise of actually being completed. I wish them the best on completing that. I feel similarly on the "Frosty Rants". While I'm not in a position to reevaluate the 'community', and I wouldn't want to return to comment on that again anyway, my feelings for the game haven't changed overall...

Nice review on Arcana Heart 3: Love Max Six Stars. What do you think of the latest Xtend update, as well as the updated Wiki which also includes Frost Rants?
