The anime scenes, the video runs smoothly but have sound all screwed up, stutters and delays several seconds. Is there some trick to fix? Do the later releases of these games have these story modes available?

Ok, so when I try to do network mode it says "Cannot find player information. Would you like to create a new profile?" I select Yes and it immediately says "Failed to restore default network settings" and kicks me back to main menu. I've tried it with steam cloud enabled, and I've tried deleting the save file under my documents. Any suggestions? I really wanted to get the online achievements to complete the Blazblue series 100%....

yesterday and the days before it was running at 57 fps consistently (while not ideal, its still better than the 27 i had for CT) but when i started playing this morning (and now tonight as well) it started flopping between 57 and 49 every 2-3 seconds, making fights speed up and slow down incessantly as well as making story mode text extraordinarily annoying to read due to speed being tied to framerate. is there any way to fix this? rtx 2070 super ryzen 5 3600 32gb ram 75hz monitor windows 10 is on a king...
