This update ensures the mod works properly on RimWorld 1.6 and maintains support for Vanilla Expanded Framework (VEF).

There is no conflict with VWE or VFE rather the modder needs to update RBM_Heavy Weapons_Patches with the new namespace of VEF.Weapons.HeavyWeapon
