I think the character is really good in concept. I like the electric terrain activation and buffing, it's really interesting to play with.
I would suggest increasing the sweetspot size a bit on fair, uair, and forward tilt, I find it a bit too difficult to hit consistently.
I would also suggest modifying some of the launch angles to be more horizontal, fsmash for sure maybe fair, not 100% on what else. just to make it a little easier to kill.
Last thing on the forward special I would make the loop animation a hitbox or just transition straight into pratfall if you miss the move. As it is, it's a little confusing
why not dutch angel dragons
