In my game, when one dome has been built and the other has not yet been built, lines can be displayed, but when both domes have not been built, lines will not be displayed.
This may be an option issue in the mod of my game, but I don't know how to change this option.
It seems that the paradox mod manager in the game cannot change any mod options

I hope that the lines can be displayed when placing two blueprints of the dome that have not yet started construction, in order to better plan the position of the dome

Updated (pausing while placing helps as well).

I could only test on a 140 dome map, but it's improved.

Unfortunately I found this mod made my construction mode unresponsive, if you have a map with a lot of domes ( ~180 domes, ~3000 buildings, ~9000 colonists), however I imagine that's entirely expected given the amount of domes. Thank you for the effort anyway.

Mod left marker objects in game, so you'd get some console spam if you removed it from a save.
Wouldn't cause problems, just the spam.

Hex marks are coloured green to make them distinct from dome marks.
Raised the height of my marks just above dome marks.
Marks are updated when you rotate a dome.
Marks show up on construction sites.
Since you can rebuild ruins, it'll also mark them as well (if it's a horrid notion to you then I can add a ModConfig option)...

I just used this to line up a second dome. This is a great mod, and it makes it a lot easier when construting a the passage. Nice work.

You can use ECM (Menu>ECM>Buildings>Unlimited connection lengths), there's also at least one mod on the workshop that just changes the length.

the arrows keep pointing to spots that are occupied where a building is there where you couldnt build a tunnel. they aren't pointing to empty spaces.

passages/pipes/cables are all max 20 hex.

What is the max amount of Hex distance from dome to dome? I have only done a couple of short one's.
