Panzer IV, Ostwind and Command Tank fuel cost reduced
Ostwind manpower cost increased (OKW Ostwind manpower cost decreased)
Upgradeable vehicle MG42 damage increased to match LMG42
Panther and Tiger I MG42 rate of fire increased to match Panzer IV MG42
Panzerwerfer MG42 damage also increased to match LMG42
Panzerwerfer will now turn to face a target when using its MG
Konigstiger and OKW Panthers no longer use unique MG42 weapon profiles
Cromwell and Churchill main gun damage against all targets reduced

Most allied tank far accuracy increased (but not to their former level)
The following German (Ostheer and OKW) tanks do less damage against vehicles as their AP rounds historically contained less explosive filler: Panzer IV (G and J), Panther (A and G), Jagdpanzer IV/70, StuG III Ausf. G
The following British tanks do a lot less damage against vehicles as their AP rounds historically contained no explosive filler: Cromwell, Churchill, Valentine
Reload time reduced for the same tanks to compensate
Also the Sherman Firefly does less damage but has faster reload and the 17 pounder emplacement does significantly less damage but has significantly faster reload
Lastly the PIAT no longer has homing capability

Several existing icons reduced in size to help the mod download as quickly as possible
