Soviet Sandbag Fighting Position recieves 35 armor upon completion (to match other sandbags)
GrW 34 Mortar Team incendiary round weapon profile normalized with that of SdKfz 250/7 Mortar Half-track
German incendiary mortar rounds distance scatter decreased
Sherman Calliope rocket area of effect profile improved to match that of Katyusha
Sherman Calliope and Sturmtiger - vehicle is now half as likely to be abandoned if under fire while reloading
Combat Blitz accuracy bonus significantly reduced
Battlegroup Headquarters must be in owned, connected territory to provide reinforcement
OKW Retreat Point Unlock upgrade requires either Mechanized Regiment Headquarters or Schwerer Panzer Headquarters

All transport vehicle with infantry call-ins reduced in cost
Sustained Fire (Maxim vet 1 ability) now also increases accuracy
Fixed the tooltip for Sustained Fire (Relic obviously copied this ability from the MG42's vet 1 ability)
Guards Assault Infantry no longer come with Bazookas, but can upgrade to obtain them
Man the Defenses changed to a passive ability at 3 CP named Defensive Training (bonuses reduced to compensate)
Rangers come with Thompsons [Experimental]

IS-2 reload time and area of effect increased
LMG42 upgrade now requires the Leichte Mechanized Kompanie to be built (not just Battle Phase 1)
Brummbar damage increased
Elefant reload time and penetration decreased (penetration matches Pak 43 now)
Konigstiger reload time increased and damage decreased

Assault Grenadier call-in cost somewhat reduced
M36 Jackson manpower and fuel cost somewhat increased

Pack Howitzer reload time and scatter somewhat reduced
King Tiger main gun penetration significantly increased (much closer to Pak 43 now)
Goliath costs more manpower and less fuel than before
Cromwell, Churchill and Sherman Firefly damage and rate of fire restored to vanilla
Comet damage, penetration and armor increased
Track Vehicle (Company Hammer) is only applied to enemy vehicles
