All anti-tank guns provide a received accuracy bonus to their crew; this bonus has been increased
ZiS-6 transport truck armor increased
Katyusha Creeping Barrage ability replaced with Precision Strike (its original vet 1 ability)
DShK HMG burst duration somewhat increased
SdKfz 222 scout car cost and build time increased
Opel Blitz cargo truck armor increased
Rifleman M1 Garand accuracy changes reverted
BAR LMG medium range extended farther out
M2HB HMG burst duration somewhat increased
Pathfinders (not I&R) population usage decreased
Paratrooper Thompson SMG upgrade now provides one for every squad member
M3 half-tracks now gain shared veterency (includes British version)
M7 Priest SPG Creeping Barrage ability now only fires 3 rounds (recharge time reduced to compensate)

The initial sWS half-track takes much longer to reach the front (don't panic when it doesn't appear right away)
Concentrated Sexton Barrage is finally fixed and back in the mod!

Warning smoke for all off-map attack abilities reverted (the subtler version didn't work right)
SdKfz 251 half-track can now target enemy units properly
Panzerwerfer no longer fires too many shells for certain barrage abilities
Assault Grenadiers target size slightly reduced
Artillery Field Officer's Coordinated Barrage ability expanded to use available USF, OKW or British indirect-fire units
Volksgrenadier incendiary grenade now has a brief countdown timer
Flak Emplacement construction cost reduced
Concentrated Fire Operation ability fixed
Hold The Line! ability fixed

SdKfz 234/2 armored car moved to Mechanized Regiment Headquarters
Fallschirmjäger are now always paradropped
Sector Assault bomber bombs are more accurate but there are fewer of them
Sector Assault icon updated (Relic had used the British bomber from Air Supremacy Operation)
New OKW commander ability: leFH 18 howitzer with veteran crew and ability to overwatch

Penal Battalion target size slightly increased
PM-41 mortar team initial cost somewhat decreased
Commissar aura bonuses fixed and his death no longer causes suppression
GrW 34 mortar team initial cost decreased
Panzerwerfer now pauses for 2 seconds halfway through its barrage
M20 utility car weapon damage somewhat decreased
Defensive Training now also applies to units in light cover
M1 mortar team call-in cost increased
M8 armored car now comes with side skirts (cost adjusted to compensate)
Obersoldaten target size very slightly increased
Sturm Offizier death no longer causes suppression
Target Them! ability now includes weapon bonuses for the target squad (the description says "they will fight more ferociously")

Commissar and Sturm Offizier aura radius increased
Grenadier G43 cooldown time slightly increased
Light Artillery Barrage ability cost decreased
Artillery Field Officer given a new Rapid Barrage ability (similar to the Major ability)
Artillery Field Officer Coordinated Barrage ability cost decreased
Increased ability duration didn't apply to the vet 3 version of the Artillery Field Officer's Concentrated Fire ability; this has been fixed
M20 utility car weapon damage increased
Ranger reinforcement time increased
Sherman Calliope barrage now has a slightly longer delay between rockets
OKW base defenses (including Schwerer Panzer Headquarters) are significantly less likely to destroy aircraft
For The Fatherland! no longer increases infantry movement speed but now provides offensive bonuses (in addition to the existing defensive bonus)
Coordinated Fire recharge time reduction with Anvil or Hammer decreased
Vehicle Crew Repair changed to a targeted ability which works on a single, damaged vehicle (at a reduced cost)
Command Vehicle aura bonuses for vehicles changed to be more appropriate (and now also apply to main weapons at hardpoint 2)
