Assault Grenadiers now require 1 command point
Assault Grenadier range profile nerfed to Volksgrenadier MP40 level
Assault Engineers no longer require a command point
155mm Artillery Barrage and Precision Barrage (thanks to Relic, they're exactly the same) shells further reduced in first salvo
Volksgrenadier Kar98K mid and far accuracy increased [Experimental]
Volksgrenadier MP40 buffed to Assault Grenadier level

Off-map barrages area of effect and damage changed to match those of similar-caliber on-map howitzers; cost and/or recharge and/or shots fired changed to compensate
HM-38 120mm mortar does less damage against infantry and more against vehicles and buildings
HM-38 120mm mortar reload time slightly increased
Assault Engineer target size and far accuracy buffed very slightly
