Experimental Physics: A trial run of tank projectiles which magically ignore terrain (in the interest of improving gameplay): T-70, T-34/76, KV-1, KV-8 (when using 45mm gun), ISU-152, SdKfz 234 Puma (both versions) and M5A1 Stuart
M1910 Maxim's Sprint ability replaced with Sustained Fire (with a new icon)
SU-85 population usage increased
PTRS ready-aim time reduced for both Guards and Conscripts
Partisan grenades start out on cooldown
Panzerwerfer firing angle decreased
Osttruppen cover bonus applies only to their starting rifles
Artillery Field Officer Artillery Smoke Barrage ability icon changed
Stuka Reconnaissance Pass and Stuka Anti-Tank Strafe cost increased
Relief Infantry - UI bug fixed
Calvary Riflemen squad reduced in size and moving accuracy decreased

M1910 Maxim squad formation changed to match vanilla
PM-41 mortar veterency requirements reverted to vanilla
Molotov Cocktail damage over time frequency increased and wind up time decreased
ROKS-3 flamethrower fire aim time reduced to match other infantry flamethrowers
RG-42 Anti-Personnel Grenade damage fall-off improved
Partisan Tank Hunters population usage decreased
Combat Engineer Salvage Kit upgrade is no longer exclusive
SdKfz 251 flamethrowers damage over time frequency decreased
Concrete Bunker Medic Station upgrade cost and research time corrected
Incendiary Grenade initial damage and damage over time frequency increased

A couple corrections to Soviet Lockdown
Defensive Doctrine gains a Concrete Bunker (replacing Trench)
Burst duration multipliers corrected for USF, OKW and British vehicle MGs (does not apply to upgrade-based top gunners, which did not have this issue)

M5 and SdKfz 251 half-track veterency overhauled - they both now gain shared veterency from nearby squads and team weapons
ZiS-6 Transport Truck replaces Fuel and Munitions Caches for the Soviets (it can set up on territory to increase resource income, same as the Opel Blitz)
Field Infirmary fuel cost decreased
Conscript near and mid accuracy increased
Oorah! ability changes reverted
M1910 Maxim and DShK firing cones increased
Shock Troops given Fire Superiority vet 1 ability (replaces Hit the Dirt!)
T-34/76 manpower cost decreased
T-34/85 frontal armor somewhat increased
M2HB setup time increased

SU-85 max speed, acceleration/deceleration and rotation rate somewhat increased
Brummbar rotation rate somewhat increased

M2HB HMG team increased in cost
