Tweaked values for fire/ice mob spawn to reflect the number of mobs that come. Ended up with too many fire mosquitos otherwise

Added fire/ice versions of mobs!

These mobs have 33% less health, but do 50% more damage! (just like hounds)

They also catch things on fire...or freeze them. For your efforts, they drop red/blue gems (at the same drop rate as hounds)

New effect! If a hound wave comes while you are insane...you're going to be fighting a wave of shadow creatures!

Modified it so hound wave mobs don't count towards naughty level

Added ability to modify drop rates of mobs. New drop rates:

Mosquito - 50%
Knight - 40%
Gobbler - 40%

This means that if a knight before would drop 2 gears, it now has a 40% chance for each gear. etc. Getting 30 drumsticks from a gobbler wave was a bit unfair :P
