- Decreased base chance of a legitimsit camp and halved the rate for traits, was to many legitimists I think. This feels a lot better now.

- Base chance decreased for legitimist camps but traits can increase chance, ambitious, brave and dragonrider for agot.
- Added more checks to prevent spouses, people allied to you and people who like you from rebelling.

- Improved ai for legitimist camp, they will wait a while and build up a massive army and invade in about 10 years

- Added truce check for legitimist war declaration
- Stats will now affect the starting power of their legitimist camp

- Reduced chance of legitimist camp appearing but they will be a lot stronger

- Anyone set to inherit land will not create a legitimists camp and start a rebellion
