Fixes some bugs:

-Smokable Object Configs were referenced instead of copied creating issues with smokeLengths
-Reworked SmokeLength detection (items weren't properly grabbing their values)

Big Refactor to mod support for configuration of smokable items

Each smokable item can be defined and configured to allow different smoking characteristics, other modders can balance their items or users can make balance patches now

Cleaned up some logic for SSO so the longer anims don't cause the player to smoke faster then intended

Fix for EquipmentUI - If unequipping the smoke from EquipmentUI the smoke will be properly put out (item may not show up when smoking until equipmentUI refreshes)
