Fixed - Ai did not built cannons. AI will build cannons with 100%

bos_ex_farm_farm_3_com now faction unique building. It was too OP, every farm could give 1500 koku, like Sumo Arena, that gives 1550 koku and it is unique building

Changed AI priority:
- AI should build bos_ex_farm_farm_3_com (more money to AI). By default AI build bos_ex_farm_farm_3_com ver very rare
- AI should build Military port foundation, instead of traditional. That will give to AI strategic advantage - AI could faster hire elite european infantry. Military port give more garrison, easier to defend
- AI should build field artillery and Camp in proportion 50% 50%. Instead, it ALWAYS built the camp (100%). SO ai never hired artillery. AI Without artillery, it's easy prey
