- Adjustments to research times

- Salvia Grinding Silo is now Interior building, so you can practice full narcotic creation inside a town when unlocked hydrophonics.

- Moved Narcotic medics to separate research called "Narcotic Medicine". Still crafteable at medic station.

- Opiod synthesis building is now seen as a Refinery and not a crafting bench.

- Balancing changes to crafting times and pricing/profitability.

- Added the drugs back to hivers, but in way smaller quantitites.

- rolled out RW patch.
