Just some unbloating of the code, and the algorithm is tweaked to be slightly slower with a smaller upward curve.

The timing felt too unrealistically fast, especially for heavier weapons like shotguns and sledgehammers. So I added a little more Mmph to the weight modifier so you can real feel the weight of your weapons more accurately.

Fixed an issue with improvised weapons not being assigned the correct category, causing their holster speed not to scale with level properly

- Fixed a bug that made equipping weapons take an abnormally long time if not equipped from or to your belt/holster.
- Decreased the minimum max time in modifier calculation (resulting in slightly faster reloading at higher levels especially for lighter items)
