• Added the Built for War Journal Entry to Ravik, dealing with the repercussions of their Soulwrought soldiers and slaves
• Better pop support weights for the Rivierling National Movement in Ceraun, accounting for the A Small Problem JE
• Added a number of new generic events related to magic industries.

Formables
• New formable for a united Thiral & Bossard area
• New formable for Gnollkind
• New formable for Ch'in peoples
• New formable for the Kamiran theocracy of Arelon

Ideologies & Religion
• Frontier Republican ideology for Thalorian rural folk
• New "Manifold Path" religion for the Central Zalaron humans, replacing the Church of Man in the area
• Several ideologies that care about religious laws now care about Ecumenical Recognition

Economy & Companies
• 15–20 new companies have been added
• Arcane Learning tags can now create gizmos in paper mills with a new Scrolls PMG, and have access to a new scrolls prestige company

Balance
• Added arch mages political power to oligarchy
• Edited +influence technologies to conform with vanilla amounts
• Added explosives, potions, and magic automation to archaeology mines
• Enabled the potion PMG for wishstone quarries
• Reworked magical automation to replace coal inputs for wishstones, with variants for coal and wishstone mines
• Added coal input for atmospheric engine and condensing engine for wishstone quarries
• Added wishstone quarries to states surrounding lakes that lacked them
UI & Fixes
• Fixed Mendelyn in the Constellation of the Unicorn being selectable twice
• Clicking the Arcana button on the top bar no longer opens the old tarot card UI
• Astrology blessings are now wiped when changing religion
• Bug fixed where having interests in certain regions would replace generic companies with local flavored ones
• Fixed unlockable luxury production methods for countries using Guild Slavery

## Content
• Arelon made independent, has annexed Jurian's Inquisition, and is overall stronger.
• Carpet Docks and Airship Docks can now be privately owned and turn a profit, similar to regular ports. They are also uncapped.
• Thaumic Engines give a 20% boost to Ectoplasm-producing buildings, now available to all countries and better integrated into the tech tree.
• New Journal Entry for Bintu Durve: Emerald Sunset. Formalize the succession before the Ocelian opportunists do.
• Preindustrial AI can now roll the Embrace Winds of Change strategy to begin modernization. AI is also more likely to exit Chiefdoms even without it.
• New treaty article allows licensing of soulwrought production from eligible gnomish countries.
• Soulwrought assembly plant max levels now spread across the tech tree: gnomes cap at 30, non-gnomes at 15 per state.
• Eligible countries can centralize soulwrought production, reducing national max levels by 5 but increasing output and cap in one chosen state.
• AI is now more willing to construct soulwrought assembly plants.
• New theocratic election system for Arelon, with 15 potential Kamiran church leaders.
• New characters and flavor for Arelon.
• New characters and flavor for the Emerald League.
• Emerald League setup slightly tweaked.

• The Hag nation consolidated and strengthened; starts with the best magic-unit tech in the game.
• Cloudsilver price reduced from 45 to 40 to maintain consistency with other goods.
• Cloudsilver is now required in endgame luxury furniture and artillery PMs.
• Steel mills and munitions plants now have alternate PMGs to convert cloudsilver into more of their respective primary outputs.
• Arcane construction PMG rebalanced and buffed for greater savings and a smoother PM1 to PM3 progression.
• Gardenback Ranches buffed to align with the increased strength of 1.9 livestock ranches.
• Corporate State law updated to match the buffed vanilla version.
• Ashwall is now more likely to be claimed in a timely fashion.
• Toftir tags now actively pursue colonizing Toftir.

## Flavor
• Ruler and interest group clothing adjusted for Western races, primarily Dwarves and Ogres.
• Clothing also updated for all female dwarves, both dark elf cultures, and South Sea Ravager pirates.

## Bug Fixes

• Various minor bugs and issues fixed related to companies and prestige goods.
• Salt Waste Curse Journal Entry made available to all eligible countries.
• Reduced duration of curse surge punishments upon resolving the curse.
• Increased recognition progress granted by Salt Waste Journal Entries.
• Fixed issues with some of Horkaa’s starting laws.
