I think you forgot to handle `recently_traded_states_counter`, this variable controls the willingness of states to trade,
see offical `common/00_code_on_actions.txt:on_half_yearly_pulse_country`.
The in-game effect is that when I trade once a state, after AI willingness to trade is permanently -50, rather than decaying half yearly.
Advice for playing as Steel Thaloria - dont play as them. Steel Thaloria cant build any new Soulwrougth assembly plants because it's a releasable country.
生产药剂用掉太多的铅矿,不调整配方的话,完全不够玩家和AI一起烧,建议降低配方或者提高世界储量
