- Added reduced leader cost/upkeep to godmode.
- Added reduced military ship build cost to several civics
- Added +5% resources from virtual pops to the The Machines civic
- Fixed Abhorrent Ascendancy low caste pops being affected by happiness

- Fixed AI not building anything due to the buildings included in the mod.
- The buildings now require ascension theory technology to be unlocked.
- Influence cost was removed from all buildings in the mod and the prices are reduced.

Removed the additional jobs from wondrous vault that gave strategic resources. There is a policy that you can turn on to begin gaining those jobs again.

Added several councilor positions to a few civics. I will add more down the line i'm not the best when it comes to adding new bonus lol.
