- PlanetaryHoldings.xml structure updated (the update will happen automatically on load, your configs will not be lost).
- DynamicConquests setting changed to PlanetaryConquests & FreePortConquests, works the same way as before, but planetary and free port sieges can be disabled/enabled separately.
- Free Ports can have no profit faction,
- Free Port sieges are no longer enabled/disabled by the FreePortOfferModifier attribute in the economy config, they use the FreePortConquests in the PlanetaryHoldings.xml.
- Free Ports can be set as indestructible with the <Indestructible>true</Indestructible> in the economy station entry in the Economy.xml.
- If Free Ports are set as indestructible, they will not be destroyed if upkeep is not paid for prolonged period, instead, the player profit faction is removed.

- planetary blacklist can blacklist planets not only by the generator definition subtype, but also by entity id. Keep in mind, that entity id should be used only if you have several planets with the same subtype (say, 5 Moons) and you want to blacklist only some of them.
