- manipulation profiles are now initialised on abandoned grids and wreckages (meaning added loot, renames etc.)
- new loot configuration loot.xml, allows users to define their own loot tables with specific chances and conditions, or uses the automated loot generation based on the grid blocks and grid size
- couple of internal changes, especially related to enums (should not affect configuration or anything else in any way, I just moved from string comparisons where I was able to)

new SpawnTriggers.xml attribute SpawnDirectionsTrulyRandom, when set to true, the space NPCs do not follow the SpaceSpawnPathDistance path calculation, and the initial direction of the ship is truly random

Planetary building prefabs now handle rarity tag and missions that spawn hostile bases or towns reflect rarities if defined.
