Aftermarket coilgun velocity increased by 25% and damage by 17%. Cleaned up some text and minor issues.

Fixed Heavy slot SSL using the 12 tube launcher instead of the 20mm double ssl box.

Confusing name changes

Light Swivel Gun, smallest conventional gun firing light gun ammo
Heavy Rotary Gun, the heavy slot version of the light swivel

Large SSL and Heavy SSL swap as all Heavy turrets are for the heavy slot and the large 20mm and Heavy 100m small slot were not following the scheme of all the other guns.

vortex cannon sell description improved to state the ammo is combineable.

mining laser reduced from 5 to 3.5 rounds per second to account for it being hit scan and higher damage due to penetration and low resistance damage types. Increased detach speed to compensate. The fast fire rate was also making the beam tracer look wrong or skip frames due to high fire rate and low fade. Boxes will take 15% longer to empty but time to kill will still be above the standard coilgun as it was far too good at 5 rpm.

fixed issue with ores contained in creature inventories causing an error when fired upon by the mining laser by using a conditional to check if the ore is attached.

Testing revealed some Heavy SSL issues with max targets.

AP and Slug both hit max targets of 2 correctly and AP has a short fuse before exploding, closer to center on dead on hammerhead sized targets.

HEDP explodes sooner with more structure damage and cracks icebergs extremely well though sort of a waste.

Dense Flak damage readjusted so it does more damage against single targets close to the blast and slightly less damage in its VERY large burst, also its damage to hull and items is better normalized to not spike or cause unintended effects.

Slight boost to autocannon ice breaking, especially on explosive shells.
