Tweaked some soft stats and made sure certain values are working correctly with timing when lagged.

Light Gun HEFC rare ammo added, a fused armor piercing round made of composite materials that detonates shortly after impact but can easily punch through tough submarine hulls or abyss creatures. Explosive frag charge is not especially potent but adds roughly 50% more damage over a standard piercing shell though it has slightly lower armor penetration.

half shells were not working properly so I had to put a delay on spawning the shell into inventory after this last patch odd glad I caught it, hotfixed

new HEAP chaingun RARE box since I guess the exploding chaingun ammo didn't make it into this patch lol. Its similar to standard chaingun with a bit higher armor penetration and a small explosive charge in every shot

Adjusted aftermarket coilgun to be a bit more even in what is it doing 40% more power use on each shot for 15% more damage and 20% more velocity with reduction in fire rate from 4 to 2.5 it does extra damage and is much easier to hit targets but its time to kill is somewhat slower though it has improved performance with exotic ammo.

tweaked HEFC to not produce actual shrapnel and adjusted its damage.

Added another rare ammo Piezo Flak Shell Box, A very strange offshoot of the now defunct piezo crystal mining operations. Each flak shell has a crystal chunk inside and it zaps the closest target on after being fired while the shell and crystal chunk explode on impact with solid targets if no targets were zapped it will discharge the electrical blast on impact instead!

tweaked SSL rockets somewhat, more shrapnel effects across the board. Dual purpose explosive slightly buffed small puff of sharpnel on exploding. APHE has a larger spalling effect including a few heavier pieces on its detonation due to its smaller explosive charge and heavier casing.

HEFC boxes had a problem detonating on the first hit and not subsequent times, fixed.

reduced vortex charge time by .04 seconds and fixed the sprite issue showing the double coilgun marker on nav terminal/

buffed light gun ammo in most cases, damage to resource was too low, armor penetration increased across the board for all ammo types giving better performance against high armor targets

Tiny tweaks to Autocannon round after heavy testing of performance very small buffs to damage owing to its multiple hit performance.

Vortex cannon slightly faster projectiles, extra projectile per shot minor buffs to damage and penetration of targets as it was under performing, 30 ammo is still good even with previous lackluster performance.

SSL Dual Purpose had a bug in certain circumstances caused the explosion to perform incorrectly, kept max target to hit 2 but put impact delay fuse to 0.05 onbroken meaning it will hit twice in most cases but explodes almost instantly

Very rare SSL Dissolver rounds can be found in wrecks, similar to Dual Purpose they also have a smart fuse warhead for near misses they leave a large cloud of acidic gel which slowly disperses in water
