Reduced range
cost to attack is now:
RPK and Minimi = 5ap
HK and MG42 = 6ap
browning .50 = 7ap

Long burst shoots 6 bullets now
Fixed MG strength extra component in recoil calculation

Prone recoil bonus has been reduced
Recoil penalties have been increased a little for all forms of shooting

Weapons rebalanced


Fixed double AutoWeapons
fixed some ammo not having the right noise

Crouch and Prone now give bonus to aim and also reduce recoil
A target that is prone at close range is now easier to shoot instead of harder
If a target is prone, the attacker no longer gets melee range penalties to shoot
tweaked recoil parameters
Perk: Recoil management reduces recoil now. Original bonus against same target reduced
Longbarrels improve recoil control, shortbarrels decrease recoil control

Overwatch CTH is more heavily determined by DEX: high dex gives more bonus, low dex gives more penalty than vanilla
Aim is now based on Marksmanship + Dexterity
these changes are inspired by Revised Aiming


Decreased critical chance to single shots a little
Extra crit to single shot no longer apply to dual fire

Now i am going to keep playtesting, expect more tuning to the recoil system!

Split: Wound and Explosive Overhauls

Old (new) calibers are back! 5.45 and x54R
Calibers dont use the Common Caliber Lib, but are compatible



Added some lootdefs to Thugs and Rebels, not touched by Tactical Enemy

Mechanics:
All automatic fire modes have full damage (experimental)


Single shot now has crit chance scaling with dexterity! (experimental)
Up to +12% with 100 dex
Better scaling when fully aimed: Up to +24% with 100 dex. Compensate damage increase in burst modes.
critical damage increased to 60%

Reworked Autofire: now fires 11 bullets, each have full damage. Increased CTH penalties at distance.

Reworked MGBurstfire: It now takes 8 AP to set up an mg and 4 AP to turn it. Increased penalties for shooting without setup; Strength has increased effect on MG recoil

Run and gun costs +3 ap, now has extra move range

AutoWeapons perk now has 15% reduction


Added weapon size to recoil calculation: pistols and smgs will have increased penalty, and mg will have reduced penalty. This tends to even out with caliber, but not always.

Excess strength can now actually reduce the penalty

Changed target shot scaling to Wisdom


Weapons:
Added the SKS! Uses 7.62 WP, stats are close to the ak. Has the advantage of barrel mods, but decrease reliability.Model is imperfect. Drops from rebels.
AK74 now costs 1 less ap, 545 weapons have their damage readjusted, closer to 556
5.45 weapons have flat crit bonus, represent tumbling effect of the bullets
M-1A (civilian semi auto version of the m14) is now in the game, along with M14-SAW (has burst fire, but with penalty), that can be dropped by enemies that use the M-1A, but its much more rare (only dropped with compatibility patch)
M-1A has Pin Down
Increased shotgun range to compensate narrower cones
improved range of most weapons


Increased range of all MGs.




Components:
Winchester adaptation of a 1895 762x54R barrel is back!
Rpk74 retrofitted Rpk Barrel, uses 7.62wp
Shotguns have x1 variation scopes
fixed Short barrels reducing too much range on shotguns
increased short barrel width increase on shotguns
Kept full chokes +4 on range, but now they have increased effect on restricting cone width
Duckbill choke reduces range by 2, but now greatly increases cone width
Tweaked light barrels cost and difficulty to be in line with the rest of the barrels
fixed light short barrels not having aim penalty
reduced standing penalty of bipod (-10% now)

Compensators and silencers now improve recoil control (ugly silencer effect reduced)
Silencer no longer has + acc against same target
silencer bonus dmg against flanked = 10%


Removed scrap function that should never been included
