reintroduced graze system: now the graze chance is 30% of the actual CTH, min = 5% chance, max = 20% chance. shouldnt be any bugs, tell me otherwise

Rescaled grazes to 15% dif from base CTH
Graze damage from 45% to 40%

Change Crit scaling for single shots: now scales with Hand to Eye Coordination = (Dexterity + Marksmanship)/2
up to 5% x 1 + aim level at 100 HtEC
HtEC also affects aiming

HK mag is now 60, not what i wanted but for now this is it
Interrupt (overwatch and its kind) CTH changed: scales with Reflex = (Dexterity + Agility)/2
If the the attack is made with an MG, scales with Prowess = (Strength + Dexterity)/2

Renamed Perception to Composure (Marksmanship + Wisdom)/2 affects bodypart shots cth




Removed dragunov burst, now has -1ap cost
Winchester ap cost increased
Aug compensators correctly accounted in recoil
Dragunov Scope is now called PSO-1

Will soon be doing a rework of all muzzle components, if everything goes according to plan
