This small rework serves two purposes: the first is to make Berserker less appealing as a tank. I know, weird! Berserker's reliant on self-damage! But now it lacks the traditional tank tools at all. To spice it up a bit, I've given them Powerchain- a classic from FFRK. Because you can now eliminate the CT on Charge and Full Charge, their CT had to go up just a smidge.

Job Stats: I tweaked a number of jobs so Agi's floor is 5 points. Anything lower than 5 is either Berserker or a caster.

Rapiers were kind of unappealing weapons for casters because the Mnd bonus was so low, yet they came close to outperforming ninja knives (the gold star for evasion). I've adjusted Rapiers to bring their stats more inline- the evasion is similar to Spear, but the Mnd was brought in closer to Wands (you will still want a Wand for the best possible output). The two "phys" rapiers were instead made Ppen/Evade instead of Ppen/Mnd.

Otherwise, buffing some weaker accs and moving Demo Ring a little bit farther in the game.
