Fixed some triggers for localization and graphics
Added some 3d assets from TFE and retained some depreciated MA graphics.
Assets for Giant's Causway, Athens Pireaus (MPE only), temp ones Mt. Olympus, Mt. Aetna and Mt. Hekla.
Fixed missing Castel Monte when not using MPE or MB+s.
